By enrolling in any course offered by Al Quds Academy, a project of The Revivalist Society, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments & Refunds

• Course fees must be paid in full or according to the designated payment schedule before the course start date and/or upon registration.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Al Quds Academy does not store sensitive payment information.
• All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.

2. Student Responsibilities

• Students are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information during registration.
• Access to course materials is for the registered individual only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.

3. Intellectual Property

• All course content (lectures, slides, handouts, recordings, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Al Quds Academy and The Revivalist Society.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Al Quds Academy strives to provide accurate and beneficial educational content. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by local laws, Al Quds Academy and The Revivalist Society are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to course participation.

5. Privacy

• Personal data is collected and used only for course administration, communication, and payment processing, in line with Canadian privacy laws.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
