Refunds & Cancellations

Effective Date: September 2025

By enrolling in any course offered by Al Quds Academy, a project of The Revivalist Society, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policies:

Refund Policy

  • Before Course Start Date:
    • Students may request a refund of their course fee prior to the official start date of the course. A full refund will be issued for any fees collected by Al Quds Academy minus any non-refundable administrative and processing fees charged by third-party providers.
  • After Course Start Date:
    • Courses with Monthly Fees: If a student withdraws after enrollment, refunds will be issued at 50% of the current month’s fee collected. Students must formally inform Al Quds Academy of their withdrawal from the enrolled course to ensure that no fees are processed in future months.
    • Courses with One-Time Fees: Refunds will be issued at 50% of the one-time fee collected. The student is still responsible for a formal withdrawal submitted to Al Quds Academy.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Administrative fees, processing fees, and course materials (if provided for and charged digitally or physically) are non-refundable.
  • All refunds will be processed after the student submits a formal withdrawal request to Al Quds Academy and the administrative team has processed and approved their withdrawal.

Cancellations by Al Quds Academy

  • In the unlikely event that Al Quds Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund, including administrative fees.
  • If a course is postponed, students may choose to attend at the new date or request a refund as per the above policy.
